Regional Transitional Compliance Secondment - South Wales and Bristol Premier Inn (up to 6 months)
Working on this Regional Transitional Compliance secondment, you’ll provide regional performance support, specifically around compliance and business administration. Supporting ROM’s across an aligned region to make sure that operational sites are safe, secure and consistently delivering outstanding experiences for our site teams and guests. You’ll also assist the operational line to assess and address the priority order of operational quality and compliance standards, enabling an improvement in overarching levels of delivery. Lastly, you’ll provide performance reviews and reporting of compliance requirements across the region and support with any associated action plans at regional and site level as well as delivering ‘on the ground’ support for ongoing operational challenges.

What you’ll do:
- Improve compliance outcomes in the aligned region.
- Support ROM with regular reporting and insight to drive priority performance.
- Provide improved insight on site culture associated to compliance and management capability through the Ops line.
- Have processes in place to highlight any breaches of legal rules and internal policies.
- Review and evaluate company policies and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues within the aligned region.
- Work collaboratively with wider teams to improve and deliver on compliance requirements aligned to the business and in support of updated job roles.
What you’ll need:
- Full knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
- F&B knowledge
- Financial and margin management and an understanding of P&L management
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- High resilience levels
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Not afraid to challenge
Essential Role Requirements:
- Operational/compliance expertise and knowledge from working as a Hotel Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or through a role at the Support Centre.
