Job Overview:
As Lead Compliance Manager, you’ll foster a strong compliance culture across the division, ensuring safe and high-quality experiences for guests and teams. You’ll work with operations to prioritize standards, elevate performance, and address areas needing improvement.
Leading a team of three Divisional Compliance Managers, you’ll provide hands-on support and adapt to new business priorities, maintaining compliance across all sites.
Minimum Skills/Experience Required:
Experience:
- Strong operational experience within Premier Inn/ Restaurants or similar job role (ie DHM, HM etc)
- Able to work in a matrix environment
- Clean, Full and Current Driving Licence
Skills:
- Excellent influencing skills with the capability and confidence to influence Operations
- High resilience levels
- High degree of personal honesty and integrity
- Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills

Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of Premier Inn and Branded Restaurant operations
