Location; National Field Base role
Contract Type: Fixed Term/Secondment – 6 months.
You will be required to travel across a large area and stay away overnight as needed to support the programme, up to 3 nights per week (Company Car Provided).
Job Overview:
Join the Housekeeping Programme at Premier Inn and be part of an exciting transformation as we introduce robotic vacuums to our Housekeeping Teams! As a Robot Vacuum Implementation Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this change, working closely with our housekeeping and hotel operations teams to ensure a smooth transition to this new technology.
Your role will be key in preparing and supporting teams to confidently adopt these innovative tools, improving daily operations and enhancing the housekeeping experience. Working within our Central Operations and Project & Portfolio teams, you’ll help embed this change across a wide area, ensuring that teams understand how to use the new equipment safely and effectively. You’ll also play a crucial part in providing labour management support if required to quickly capture the commercial benefits of this initiative.
This is a field-based role with travel across various sites and regions, where you’ll support teams on site and take the opportunity to make a real impact.
Minimum Skills/Experience Required:
Experience:
- Strong operational experience within Premier Inn
- Guest and Customer focused.
- Need to have operated at Deputy Hotel Manager level as a minimum.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping ways of working
Skills:
- Able to influence and support at site level.
- Excellent Verbal, written, structured planning and thinking skills.
- Not afraid to challenge and make bold decisions.
- Ability to adapt and flex, plan, and prioritise.
- Dealing with changing needs and dynamic requirements
- Must hold a clean and valid driving licence and be able to drive
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word etc)
Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of Premier Inn
- Labour Management
- Understands the challenges of embedding a new process.
- Detailed knowledge of our brand standards and operational procedures
