Job Overview:
As the new Lead Service Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure high standards in Premier Inn hotels by leading a team of three Divisional SDMs. You’ll drive efficiency in housekeeping labour management through tools like Genie and Laundry Flex, while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance performance.
You’ll provide national and regional support, sharing insights and coaching to boost team performance. As the housekeeping expert, you’ll lead innovation, testing new products and methods to ensure top-quality service delivery across all sites.
Minimum Skills/Experience Required:.
Experience:
- Proven operational experience within Premier Inn or similar job role - Ideally within Housekeeping Management
- Line Management experience – able to inspire and lead a team
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to extract relevant information for decision making
- Analytical capability to interpret guest and people data – ability to translate data and to share best practice.
- Influencing skills to OD level – flexible in style to suit a variety of audiences
- Excellent team leader and player; highly collaborative style with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic & adaptable
Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of Premier Inn Operations
- A proven track record of operational excellence
- Able to coach & influence team members on the correct management of Housekeeping and Laundry.
- Evidence of partnership and supplier management
