As the Online Travel Agent Manager for Premier Inn, you will play a key role in the Indirect Sales Team working with other key stakeholders across the business, building on the solid foundations that we already have in place, and leveraging the account management and business development experience of the Indirect Sales Team to further develop our External B2C propositions.
You will be required to managed complex and challenging partnerships with external partners – the ability to act using professional judgement is crucial as is the ability to say no and deal with conflict and disappointment.
You’ll also support the development of the wider strategic vision for External B2C Distribution– working with the Global TMC & OTA Manager, Senior Manager for Indirect Sales and the Head of Sales and Distribution, to explore the market opportunity that Leisure Tour Groups Partners, , Tour Operators and OTAs represent, and how we can move our offering forward to drive additional revenue, better manage inventory risk, and better support the needs of the business, and our customers.

What you’ll do
• You’ll own the implementation of the OTA Strategy across the UK and Germany
• You’ll own implementation of the UK Leisure Tour Group Strategy
• Management of the end to end connectivity for our OTA and OTA Wholesaler partners (Direct Connect Availability Cache and Booking Interface)
• You’ll be responsible for the partnerships that are in place with your portfolio of existing OTA and OTA Wholesaler Partners.
• Create and maintain internal and external communications to ensure engagement, increased efficiency and buy in to agreed processes.
