The individual will act as the Senior Business Partner to the Chief Technology Officer, and will assume ownership for the budgeting/ forecasting, reporting and analysis of all Technology run and development activity.
Location: Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

What you’ll do:
- Senior Business Partner Support is also to be provided to the IT Leadership teams spanning Technology Change Delivery, Architecture and Service and Security making this role the focal point for financial support for this team, which has reach across the entire business.
- Jointly accountable with the Technology PMO in leading the Change function through the business’ planning process.
- Be accountable for ensuring that all IT and Change projects are correctly accounted for, and closely monitored throughout the project life cycle, as well as providing key financial support to Director level in commercial discussions with third party suppliers.
- Be accountable for the process of evaluating proposed change and prioritisation of work across the IT and Change portfolio, focussing on ensuring robustness of business cases and putting in place mechanisms for measurement of delivery of benefits.
What we need:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Significant post-qualified experience in management role
- Broad Finance & Systems experience
- Ability to communicate with and influence financial and non-financial colleagues.
- People management experience and the ability to influence across peer groups.
