These equip you with the skills and behaviours to progress into each level of management across our hotels and restaurants. You’ll complete these alongside your role, to ensure you have the opportunity to practically apply your learning as you develop.

Progressing Into…

'Progressing Into…' is a fast-track development programme for our high performing Team Members wanting to take the next step in their career.
It's for driven First Line Managers such as Duty Managers, Kitchen Team Leaders or Head Housekeepers who hold aspirations to progress their career with us into Salaried Manager position. Progressing Into Salaried Management is designed for candidates wanting to progress into a Assistant Hotel Manager, Kitchen Manager or Housekeeping Manager role where as Progressing Into Hotel Manager is for candidates wanting to progress to be a Hotel Manager. The delegates attending the programme will be developed in both the technical and behavioural aspects of Salaried Manager or Hotel Manager position and will undergo continuous assessment throughout the programme and a Role Readiness Assessment before graduating the programme and being able to move into a Salaried/Hotel Management position.

Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship (Level 3)

The Level 3 Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship provides you with knowledge and skills to enable you to support your management teams, work independently and effectively supervise your team on shift. This Apprenticeship supports learners to work under pressure, deliver excellent customer service and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

Hospitality Management Apprenticeship (Level 4)

The Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship is ideal for managers who are seeking to develop their business, people, and customer relationship skills. This nationally recognised qualification is designed for individuals who are highly motivated team leaders or supervisors that combine a talent for management and specific industry skills and thrive on the customer facing nature of the role.

Operations Manager Apprenticeship (Level 5)

The Operations Department Manager Apprenticeship Level 5 develops strategic and operational management skills. Aimed at salaried managers who wish to gain the Level 5 CMI qualification in Management & Leadership, the apprenticeship content will develop your knowledge and skills across nine contemporary topics of leadership and management within your work context.

Whilst on the programme, you will be developed in both the technical and behavioural aspects of the role you are aspiring towards. The programme will be made up of ‘on the job’ training, off-site and virtual workshops, as well as regular reviews with your Line Manager. The programme examines leadership styles and behaviours, commerciality, people management and management responsibilities.
