Job Title: Personal Assistant
We have exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to join Premier Inn, the UK’s largest hotel chain. You will ensure the Premier Inn Operations Directors receive a full range of administrative and secretarial services to the highest possible standard.
Please note this will be a part time role, 2 days a week – Thursday & Friday only.
Salary: £13,400

What you’ll do
Organise and maintain diaries and liaise with the ODs on a regular basis to review diaries and requirements.
Manage travel and accommodation requirements for Ops Directors.
Act as the gatekeeper for regular meetings to ensure all relevant stakeholders are in attendance.
Monitoring of emails, highlighting any urgent issues to ODs
Processing people changes within the team - leavers, starters, position changes, salary changes, sickness leave, holiday leave
Attending/recording action points at offsite meetings if required. Bringing forward and preparing papers for meetings.
What we need
Demonstrable previous experience as an Assistant at a senior level.
Good knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
Ultimate confidentiality and discretion.
Self-motivated and able to react quickly and efficiently without close supervision.
The ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the business and externally.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines.
