Job Title: Organisation Design Manager
Salary: £58,000 - £63,000 + up to 30% bonus + Private Healthcare +
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Dunstable, LU5 5XE, hybrid working, a minimum of 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from elsewhere.
We are looking to hire an Organisation Design Manager to support the design and maintenance of the Whitbread organisation.
This is a brand new role in our People Team and is a great opportunity for someone looking for a broad role that provides the opportunity to help shape and define our organisation design practices . We’ll be looking for someone who can bring governance, controls, the ability to work with data and provide insight, and strong experience of organisation design tools and blueprints (new templates and tools). You’ll be working on project across our estate, from Operations (out in hotels and restaurants) to our Support Centre (Head Office). Your external expertise will be invaluable to understand a best practice approach to Organisation Design.
