Creating and delivering a best in-class app experience that becomes one of the reasons why customers book and stay at Premier Inn. Through the application of agile product management methodologies, develop a digital product that enhances the customer experience and enables Premier Inn to deliver significant revenue growth. Ownership of the continuous improvement development process that is based on customer insight, market trends and key data analysis.
Knowledge:
Essential:
- Developing and owning Product Backlogs
- Established set of Product development best practices methods to define requirements
- Use of analytics and KPIs to define Feature and Product Goals
Skills:
Essential:
- Excellent communication, ability to translate customer and technical concepts
- Critical thinking and curiosity
- Data-driven decision making to drive performance
- Can make decisions with confidence and act based on decisions
- Strong instinct for great design and usability, always searching for next customer insight
- Roadmapping and Product Delivery Software (JIRA)
Experience:
Essential:
- Experience working within hospitality industry
- Experience working within an agile, scrum environment in digital product development
- Writing detailed User Stories, Acceptance Criteria
- Working with and developing customer-facing App technologies ideally in a retail, hospitality, travel or equivalent environment
