The role of the Senior Commercial Finance Manager- Restaurants is essential in enabling the Commercial Marketing Director to make informed, data-driven decisions that enhance profitability and operational efficiency. By providing thorough financial analysis, challenging assumptions, and offering strategic recommendations you will ensure that commercial decisions are aligned with the restaurant's financial goals.
Location: Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office

What you’ll do:
- Maintain effective financial control and develop insight and recommendations that support overall delivery of company sales plans.
- Provide detailed understanding of financial forecasts and performance for all new menus, that effectively supports food development process and sales / margin targets.
- Directly managing a team of 3 including 1 finance manager and 2 finance analysts
- Business partnering with senior non-finance stakeholders across Whitbread.
What we need:
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
- Commercial experience and acumen, ability to work at pace and cut through ambiguity.
- Business partnering experience working with financial and non-financial colleagues at all levels.
- People management experience and the ability to influence across peer groups
