Working 3 shifts over 7 days from 6.30am till 11.30am midweek and 7am till 12pm weekends

Our Breakfast team members do whatever it takes to make sure our guests enjoy a great breakfast. It will be your responsibility to ensure our guests are impressed with our fantastic new Premier Inn Breakfast, your high quality and attentive service, and of course, value for money. It's what we're famous for. You'll also play your part in resolving issues wherever you find them, taking and using feedback positively and using your initiative to deliver brilliant service to our guests.
While some experience of hospitality would be an advantage it certainly is not essential. What is more important is that you share in our purpose of helping our guests feel brilliant through a great night's sleep. We will welcome you with a full, structured induction and all the support you need to make a brilliant beginning to your Premier Inn Career Journey. Joining a friendly team, you will be flexible about working wherever you are required, from reception to the restaurant, gaining valuable skills along the way with full & ongoing training. Your Line Manager will also help to guide your development, building on your strengths and helping to realise your potential – there's lots of scope to progress as Premier Inn continues to grow. Along the way, we'll even support you in gaining industry qualifications or completing an apprenticeship.
