Supporting the day to day delivery of the Group’s compliance and Insurance processes both overseas and in the UK, this is a great opportunity to kick start your career in the company secretarial world.
Location: Dunstable, hybrid- a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000-£38,000

What you’ll do:
- Help to ensure that Whitbread maintains high standards of corporate governance.
- Assist with the maintenance of company records for Whitbread’s subsidiaries.
- Assist with the production and delivery of the Whitbread Annual Report and AGM
- Management of the the Company’s insider dealing code.
- Insurance Claims, assist with the liability claims process, attend claims review meetings and work with Clyde & Co and external claim handlers.
What we need:
- An academic background in law or accounting
- Company secretarial practice experience and knowledge of corporate governance requirements would be beneficial, although not essential
- Ability and potential to study- this is something we support you through.
