As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for conceiving, designing and developing industry-leading Products and experiences that help guests research, book and stay with consistency and comfort.
Role: Senior Digital Product Manager
Salary: Up to £90,000, plus up to 30% company performance-based bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Holborn, London (EC1N 2TD) and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for defining and driving the strategy for our customer-facing products, ensuring each interaction with Premier Inn is seamless and impactful
- Working with a growing team of product managers, all working to enhance our digital product offerings through continuous discovery and a deep understanding of our customers' needs Collaborating cross-functionally with our Commercial, Analytics and Engineering teams
- Drive rigorous prioritisation and execution of Product roadmaps and backlog.
- Consider both medium and long term growth potential, balancing opportunities to drive conversion and revenue now with opportunities for fundamental journey enhancement in the future
- Lead ongoing, and develop new Research and Booking propositions, continuously testing and challenging new and existing experiences to improve occupancy and revenue
- Enhance Product Performance with well-defined goals and KPIs, working closely with Trading and Digital leadership to ensure overall alignment with Commercial and Technology strategy.
- Foster standards and consistency with Product and UX Design and champion user-centred design thinking
- Enhance and evolve our Product practices and play a leading role in Premier Inn’s Product Culture
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 6 years industry experience including 3+ years in Digital Product role
- Proven track record in building, launching, and scaling digital products that drive significant conversion, engagement and customer satisfaction
- Able to articulate complex ideas in simple terms, inspiring both the engineering team and stakeholders to rally around a shared product vision
- Experience in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. A passion for customer needs, and embedding insights into Product Strategy
- Focus on facts and approach things in a logical, pragmatic and analytical way
- Experience using tools and processes to actively manage roadmaps and Product backlogs
