Job Overview:
As the new Ops Risk Manager, you’ll ensure Premier Inn and Restaurants are market leaders in managing risk, championing best practices and operational excellence. You’ll oversee and enhance the Ops Risk Register, providing expert guidance while developing robust risk frameworks, policies, and procedures to uphold a safe and compliant environment. Your role also involves supporting responses to internal audits, external requests, and legislative updates, ensuring operations are agile and aligned with the latest standards.
Minimum Skills/Experience Required:
Experience:
- Strong operational experience within Premier Inn/ Restaurants or similar job role (ie DHM, HM, ROM).
- Able to work in a matrix environment - Experience of working with indirect reports and still driving outputs
- Track record of success in Risk and Business Continuity and implementation of frameworks, controls and policies.

- Excellent influencing skills with the capability and confidence to influence Operations
- High resilience levels
- High degree of personal honesty and integrity
- Excellent Verbal, written, structured planning and thinking skills. Ability to visualise strategy and translate it into operational effectiveness

- Must hold a clean and valid driving licence and be able to drive

- Thorough understanding of Premier Inn and Branded Restaurant operations
