We are currently recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join and lead the team of 6 in the kitchen. This is a 120 seater restaurant that delivers on average 20k per week in f&b sales.
The role is 48 hours per week however we are open to 40 hours per week on a pro rata salary.
The site has recently had an amazing refurb transformation and has free on site parking.
Salary: £33,250 - £38,000

Support the Hotel Manager in the recruitment, induction and on boarding of any new Kitchen team members.
Demonstrate your leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating your team through pre-shift briefs.
Manage stock control and food margins.
Manage NSF, EHO and Health and Safety audits to a high standard.
Deliver to spec and brand standards.
