Whitbread are expanding our presence across the UK and Germany, and you'll be at the forefront of shaping and implementing the organic strategy for these key markets. As a Channel Executive with a passion for SEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a forward-thinking SEO strategy that pushes boundaries.

You’ll take charge of enhancing Premier Inn’s organic search visibility, boosting engagement, and driving traffic that leads to real conversions. You’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of the UK's most recognized hospitality brands, with the chance to see your ideas come to life across two dynamic, growing markets!

What you’ll do

  • Drive technical SEO enhancements, focusing on continuous optimization and keeping us ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team to fine-tune on-page content, making sure it’s perfectly optimized for SEO.
  • Work with third-party agencies and internal PR teams to find and capitalize on outreach and link-building opportunities.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of SEO initiatives, always looking for ways to improve.
  • Partner with the Paid Search Channel Executive to create a seamless, integrated SEM strategy that maximizes impact.

What we need

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO tools including Google Search Console, and Keyword Planner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Demonstrable industry experience in Organic search, with proven experience in implementing SEO strategies.
